Liability Waiver & Release Agreement

1. Assumption of Risk

Use of inflatable amusement equipment, including bounce houses and inflatable water slides, carries inherent risks including but not limited to falls, collisions with other participants, sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries. Participants and their parents/guardians voluntarily assume all such risks by using the equipment.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to use the equipment provided by Inflatable Fun NC, the undersigned, on behalf of themselves and any minor participants listed below, releases and holds harmless Inflatable Fun NC, its owner(s), employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from personal injury, property damage, or death related to use of the equipment, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Inflatable Fun NC.

3. Indemnification

The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inflatable Fun NC from any third-party claims arising out of the participant's use of the rented equipment.

4. Rules of Use

• Adult supervision is required at all times while the equipment is in use.
• Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects must be removed before entry.
• No flips, wrestling, climbing on walls, or roughhousing.
• Participants should be grouped by similar size/age to reduce collision risk.
• Do not exceed the manufacturer's stated occupant limit.
• Exit the equipment immediately in the event of rain, high wind, or lightning.
• Food, drinks, gum, and pets are not permitted inside the equipment.

5. Medical Authorization

In the event of an injury requiring medical attention, the undersigned authorizes Inflatable Fun NC to seek emergency medical treatment on behalf of the participant(s) listed below if a parent/guardian cannot be immediately reached.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor participants listed, and that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms above.
